Peak Roofclean Ltd were recently called out to a property in Littlover, Derby. The property was a modern house with concrete roof tiles. The homeowner wanted to improve the look of the roof. The amount of moss and lichen on the roof was much less than we would normally see.

How We Cleaned This Roof
We cleaned the roof and replaced a few broken tiles. The roof also needed some lead work sealing. This is very normal, most roofs that we see have some level of broken tile or slates, and often the mortar around the lead flashing on chimneys and valleys has worked its way loose.
The homeowner also asked us if we could take down an old TV ariel for him. We did this, no problem.
We feel sure you’ll agree that the house looks much better now. The homeowner was very happy with the work and we cleaned up all splashes and debris from the roof, drive and garden.
